Includes responsibilities from the Technical Expert role while expanding on them to elevate the productivity and quality of the team. Apply skills for troubleshooting and curating solutions for customers’ Mac computers and software products. In the “Pro” level role, I set a high bar for the rest of the team through high level actions exhibiting a genuine interest in innovation and teamwork.
TECHNICAL EXPERT

In this role I have been able to apply my experience as a Technical Specialist and expand my skills to being hands-on when repairing iPhones. Also, this role has afforded the position to mentor my team while driving innovation for the store. Being a Technical Expert has taught me to deliver services in a short-term time frame and juggle multiple situations with high levels of attention to detail.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Tasks include repairing customer relationships through troubleshooting and following warranty policy. What drives success in this role is being able to comprehend and follow service guides while applying technical knowledge to each unique situation. Getting customers to come into the store with a frown and leave with smile is my specialty.

Through this role I had the privilege to enrich customers' lives through connecting them with the right hardware and software solutions while providing an exceptional retail experience. As a technical consultant, some valuable principles are teamwork, making detail-oriented decisions, as well as building rapport with customers.

At ZURB, I had the privilege of managing and growing a YouTube account (as well as other social platforms), producing and editing visual content, as well as communicating with potential customers and viewers online. My main takeaways from this experience was being able to receive and offer valuable feedback, plan and deliver based on a timeline, as well as organizational skills.

Like I mentioned in my homepage blurb, I am consistently looking for new opportunities for the world to grow. With a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, I plan on applying what I've learned to lead teams to success.
From coding to business calculus, to chemistry and biology, this associate's degree has provided a fundamental understanding on many different topics.
